Be ready for anything that will stop business in it's tracks, injuries, equipment failure and most of all, WEATHER!!! Here in San Antonio, June had 28 days of rain and July, only 6 workable days. Around here, you bust your ass 7 days aweek beause of this reason. Last time this happened here, about 2 years ago. Alot of the pros complain about hacks in our business, this is one way they're weeded out.

And always put money away in an emergency fund. Luckily my wife is a saver, it can rain 4 months straight and we'll be fine.
