Just wanted to drop in and introduce myself real quick..

I'm 32, I work for a tier I and Aftermarket Automotive supplier that mfg's Shock/Strut/Elastomer/Exhaust products in Corp Quality. I live in Auburn Hills Michigan and am starting to build my book of business.

I started detailing because I really love doing it - it is honestly theraputic for me.

The industry I work in (my 9-5) is very fast paced and doesn't allow me to pay attention to detail. I am rarely lucky enough to get in on a project from beginning to end.

Glad to be here

Welcome! :)
I feel the same way. Usually when I am in the garage detailing I zone out anything else that is going on and it actually relaxes me. There are those times I get a nasty car and I curse it for a few but after that it's all good. :)

Welcome! Detailing is relaxing to me too. I have to relax when I get home tonight. Have a swirled mess to pick up this afternoon.

Yeah, I'm on the job hunt right now for a change, but I'm going to stick with an SDE role for now.
