Product Name: Danase Paint Sealant

Product Container: Plain 16oz container. Adheres to the K.I.S.S. principal (something I like)

Product Labeling: Instructions are very straight forward; The label material itself is pretty standard (think Poorboys quality).

Product Characteristics: It's a light green liquid. Same characteristics as about any polish or sealant on the market in that it's not too runny nor too thick. It smells like kids mint toothpaste, but not over-poweringly so.

Product Performance: It was a cinch to apply. I felt it was easier to wipe off than water and it was very slick for about the first week. I'm posting pictures of the product 4 weeks after the initial application (2 of which the vehicle spent outside under a tree). It held up well to bird droppings, tree sap, bugs, and road tar. Removal of bugs from the front clip didn't require use of Bug Squash or a bug sponge. The slickness did disappear after about a week but the product continued beading pretty well. I did top the horizontal panels with some Natty's for additional protection but vertical panels only received DPS.

Product Price: $20.00 is on par with the market so it's a not a steal but I believe it's definitely worth the money because of ease of application and the results. It would be ideal for a customer's vehicle on a monthly detail schedule.

Product Safety: Short of swallowing an entire bottle or using it for eye drops it's not going to harm you or your paint so long as it's applied properly. I don't remember whether or not it stains trim (but I don't test for that anyhow :) ).

That is a nice beading all around! And makes the flake pop.
