Well I bought a bunch of Pads from Bob and Brad. Finally got to use some today, and I have to say they are the best pads I have every used!!

I've use Megs soft buff, buff'n'shine, and the edge. I liked the edge, I thought they had a good quality foam, but it didn't seem to compare to LC.

Here is what I observed today using the LC pads, compare to the others

DACP was guming up on the vehicle with buff n shine pads, switched over to LC and it stopped. Not sure if it is because of the recessed cup, which might allow some of the excess product to be pulled away? All I know is it stopped.

I was also having the same guming up problem with #84 and the edge pads, again switched to LC and it stoped.

I used an LC pad with #9, and never had a problem all day.

This is what I liked about the LC pads
The foam came up on the side, keeping it away from the backing plate. That allowed me to get it into some of the crevices that I normally do by hand. I noticed a lot less splater with these pads, the recessed cup I believe was the reason for that.
There foam seemed to have more of an open cell design, which probably eats up more product, but also seemed to produce more heat.

Once all the other pads are chewed up, I will not hesitate to buy more LC pads. IMHO, the pad of choice. Bob you may want to stock up, I will let you know when I'm going to order again.
