I have seen that but never used it. I think it is kind of an expensive item if I remember correctly. Seem that it may be hard to justify the cost. Just my stupid opinion.
That Duospur thingie is so-so. The part that is suppose to clean the pad is made out of plastic, and it is a piece of junk IMO. The side metal foam shaper is kind of useful. I got mine for free, but I don't know that I would pay for one.
I am thinking of getting the pad washer. It is expensive I think but I have seen it used in person and like it. However, I have yet to see it performed with a dual action. I might have to be the guinea pig on this one.

How does it work?
You put some water and pad cleaning powder into the bucket and then take your polisher with the pad on and stick the pad onto the cleaning part and close the lid. Then turn on the polisher and the pad cleaner spins and cleans the pad.

why dont you send one over here for me to "test" for you...yeah thats it...I'll test it and send it back to you............sometime.......waaayyyy in the future
Sorry for not answering the question Don, I missed it!
You but some water and solution in the bucket, I think the solution is a powder that disolves in the water. Then you stick the pad in the bucket and close the lid. You turn the polisher on and I guess it turns gears and moves the cleaning teeth and it cleans it. Not totally sure what happens when the lid is closed. I might get one this year to use. Especially since I am getting a rotary.
