and this one is my testing car... friend's 03 acura TL, i was using the AstroShield polish on this car... worked okay but not really remove all the swirl marks, but my friend doesn't care that much about it and it improved a lot just by short time polish by Astro Shield.. any opinion on that product?

Haven't heard of Astro Shield, myself

Meguiar's Swirl Free Polish is a very mild/light polish, but it does a nice job on the finest of swirls.

What kind of light do you have aimed on the hood? That certainly makes the defects easy to see.

Haven't used the CCS pads with Meguiar's

I wonder if the orange pad would leave micromarring (the dullness caused by a more aggressive pad). Did you see any of that?

If so, it will require a second step with a milder pad to remove the micromarring.

If I was going to use CCS pads with M82 Swirl Free as a *final* polish right before wax or sealant, I would use a white or even black CCS. This is really what Swirl Free is all about...final polish for removing micromarring, the very minor correction before wax.

i don't see any micromarring when i use the orange pad... but look like i need a more aggressive product to do the job... any recommand on the polishes and glaze?..

Over the Counter or something you could purchase online? If it's OTC I'd give Megs #83 a shot. Some people haven't had much luck working it but I've been able to get pretty good results with it. For something through Bob I'd say purchase the set of the Swirl Abolisher samples and give 'em a try and see if they give you the results you're looking for.

I'm not familiar with Izuzu paint but I was able to polish out my Jetta when I brought it home with Optimum Polish and it had been thoroughly dealer prepped (including buffer burn through on the door handle) so that's another product you could try.

I meant to try out the Wet Glaze on a rental that my g/f had for a week but scheduling conflicts prevented that from happening so I can't give you any advice on that one since I don't use them for hiding defects.
