Product Name: Anti-Static Detail Foam Pad

Product Container: Plastic bag

Product Labeling: Not much there, see picture that is attached.

Product Performance: I was very excited about this product. I had high hopes. Reality set in once I started to use it, and I was very disappointed. It really does a poor job a removal. I think this is because of the open cells of the foam. It did not seem to pick up the product very well. What I did find that I like about it, was when I had some product that gummed up on the paint. This foam pad worked well for getting it off. It is like having a polishing or finishing pad in your hand.

Product Characteristics: Basic foam pad, it reminded me of a Meg’s soft buff pads.

Product Price: I don’t know, because it was a test product.

Product Safety: Just don’t eat.

I’m going to try it with a couple of other products, just to see it I get some different results. If I don’t I’m going to try using one with bug and tar remover to see how it works with that.

That was sort of the review we expected. I don't see us carrying these either.

Thanks for the review!

Your review confirms my suspicions.. I went to Bob's to check them out and started laughing when I saw them. I was hoping more for something like PVA but no dice :-(

I actually found a use for the black pad! I use it to apply interior/exterior rubber and vinyle protectant.

In my opinion, it works great for the applying of waxes, sealants, but for removal, you are correct. I have a bunch at home and they are very durable (white ones). Microfiber is they best way of removal though.

Yeah, I liked them for application as well and wished I could of found mine when applying wheel sealant the other day.
