Just picked up some dwg from excel, and gathering opinions on how to use it....

i currently have my car polished and sealed using my udm final product(lsp) was nxt original...i want to wash my car and just slap some dwg on to it...any problems with that, i also plan to top it later with some upp....do i need to do any type of removal of the nxt or just a few washes and then onto the other stuff ok....as you can see from the pic, my car already has a pretty wet look to it...can the wet glaze really make it look wetter....

you'll love dwg. best thing is you can apply under or over either a sealant or wax. i normally do the entire car by hand (gray or red pad) then buff off with mf towel. wait 30 minutes and slap another coat on. 2x dwg leaves an incredible finish. when time allows, i'll throw a coat of upgp to seal the dwg in.

good luck.

From what I have seen DWG willmake your paint looking like it is dripping off the car. I would put 2 layers then a layer of UPP.
Your car looks great by the way

You will be fine putting DWG on your car. I have't had bonding issues using it over or under other carnubas or sealants. It does add wetness to the paint. It is also really slick. Have fun.

so here is my new plan for the wet glaze, i am going to wash and dry my car, i might hit the frontend with clay, then i am going to use a white pad/udm with some pinnacle finishing polish over the whole car, black pad with wet glaze, black pad with 4star upp....then, i wonder if it would be worth it to top the upp with another round of wet glaze, maybe a week later...

I think I have read where it has some slight fillers. But fwiw I had a rental car that I applied it to a section and it really didn't hide many swirls just gave the paint a slight wet look.

+1 on ease of use. Much easier to work with than Wet Mirror IMO
