The Mega Plush are thicker than the Super Thick. :)

The Super Thick & Plush is more dense than the Mega Plush. You can see and feel the difference in person.
The ST&P looks more uniform - has rows easily seen. The MP is more like a shag rug.
Both are more plush on one side than the other.
I'd say the MP is slightly heavier than the ST&P.
The ST&P is "firmer" and doesn't seem to fold under itself when used. (A bigger problem with thinner towels.) The MP can bunch up a bit if used on products that are sticky or not dry.
I like to use the MP for qd's and S+W, as I feel there is more "insurance" against marring with the extra thickness/plushness. However, the ST&P is also very good for these tasks. Both are far better (IMHO) than the 'Mart 5/$5.00 mf's.
Hope this helps!

The Mega Plush is my favorite all purpose towel. It's also my favorite for use with Poorboy's S&W and S&G. The Super Thick towel has a denser weave which is good for removing thick polish residue, but it doesn't work as well with wet products like QD sprays.

Same here! A lot of people say they like the thicker weave for quick detailers but I grab for my Mega Plush Towels the most by far.

The Super Thick gets saturated too fast for me with most QD sprays. I much prefer the Mega Plush. However, the Super Thick does work well with thicker spray waxes like QD+. I like using the Velvet Smooth towels for removing paste wax and sealant residue.

I was going to ask if you used the Velvet Smooth at all. I find them great for getting off EX's, Natty's, Wheel Sealant, UPP and so on.

I've tried all the Poorboy's microfiber towels. In fact, I helped Steve pick some of them out. I'm very hard to please when it comes to detailing supplies, so Steve lets me test out some of the towels that manufacturers send him for consideration. If I like it, it must be good!

Awesome! Why use something you are not 100% happy with? :)
