thinking of moving to florida

Im thinking of moving somewhere in Florida, prob around the Daytona or Orlando area. It wont be anytime in the near future, but Im really needing some insight as to what kind of money can be made there. I live in Southern Illinios and have all my life, and i can tell you first hand that people dont want to pay the price for a true detail job. they want a $30 hand wash and wax, or $60 full detail, and ive had to drop my prices in the dirt just to keep my side business alive. My brother lives in Daytona and says that people down there are more than willing to pay well for a professional job. Im just wondering if there are any Florida guys here who might be able to give me a more knowlegable idea of weather or not its worth packing up and setting up shop there.

Talk to David Fermani (http://www.detailingforums.com/forums/member.php?u=625) he is a member here and moved from Michigan to Florida. I have a lot of family near Daytona but they are all retired.

Daytona is a very nice area to live, but if you want a more peaceful area, you can move either to Sanford or Deltona, not far from Orlando or Daytona.
