My review:
This is (IMHO) a very versatile product. You can use it to clean dust off the car before going out for the evening or even before a show. You can clean windows with it, even in the sun! I've used it to "soften" polish residue so it wipes off easier (less chance of marring). And of course, you can "wash" your car with it. Even in the middle of nowhere.
You can have a flat tire, call AAA, and by the time the tow truck comes by, you'll have a freshly cleaned car! :D
No bucket, not hose. Just S+W and some towels.
If you don't wipe it off thoroughly, you may get a "film" left behind. Not a big problem, as it wipes off pretty easily with a light spritz and a dry mf. Also, if you over saturate the cloth, you may get streaking/a film.
One plus with this method of washing is that you don't get the annoying drips from the trim that usually show themselves right as you're trying to wipe off the wax/sealant.
The biggest concern with S+W, I think, is knowing the limits and the procedure that works for you. If you are more the "Spray and rub the cloth all over the fender/hood/trunk... kind of person, you probably won't get optimum results. I find (for me, at least) the best way to use it is to lightly mist it all over a section, wait around 10 seconds for it to "work," and then lightly wipe the panel.
Easy so far, right? Well, now comes the "experience" part. Depending on how dirty the paint is, you may be able to wipe only a few inches before "rotating" to a clean part of the towel. If you have a fairly dirty car, and you try to wipe whole sections, or even a full width of a door/hood... you may be pushing the dirt across the finish. Towels can absorb only so much dirt, and only so fast! You have to use S+W a bit to see for yourself what "limits" you feel comfortable using it to. I wouldn't use it on a crustied up mud laden car, though.
Anyway... I like it. It can be used from the "wiping of polish" stage right through to the final wiping of door jambs, chrome and windows.
Also, as far as I know, it's waterbased. Most other "waterless washes" that I've tried seem to be solvent based-usually kerosene- (admittedly, most say they are a wash and wax in 1). I prefer the mildness to my hands of S+W over the drying of the others.
Finally, you can use it around the house for quick clean ups! How versatile!

This is my favorite detailing spray and the only one I use now. I use it before waxing, as clay lubricant, waterless wash, rims, and even to clean my sun glasses 8) . This is one of the few products that I buy in gallon sizes.
