I hardly hear anyone talk about this product from Poorboy's but it has to be one of the handiest chemicals out there. Anyone using it?

I use it for carpets, general household cleaning, and even some MF towel laundry. It's great for tires too, though I still have about 5 gallons of Meguiar's Citri-Gel to use up for this task.

What about cleaning foam pads? Anyone one using it for that?

Is that the Hi-Intensity cleaner that you have? That's actually a pretty good product. I went through about 2 gallons of that myself, but the strong chemical fumes finally convinced me to look for an alternative product.

Yeah, I love that stuff. In the proper dilution ratios it can pretty much clean everything on the interior of a vehicle...making my job a lot easier than reaching for multiple bottles and products (I suppose that supports the theory behind APC's :) ) I havent tried the PB's stuff yet for the fact I love my HI-intensity cleaner.

I currently use Poorboy's Biodegradable APC for cleaning interior fabrics, Meguiar's Citri-Gel for tires & wheel wells, and Poorboy's Spray & Rinse for rims.

I still have one "go to" Eimann Fabrik product among my supplies. That is the Clear Pearl quick detail spray. It is a very reasonably priced alternative to Pinnacle's Crystal Mist.

Thats why I stick with the H-IC just because at 3:1 I can clean some stains, vinyl, rubber and most wheels using only the one bottle. But if the smell gets to you...it is kinda pointless to use it ;)

I cleaned a bunch of my LCM pads today with the APC and it worked very good. :)

I usually use Hi-temps Klean to clean my pads. It is also a great way to check your work, it removes polish and "fillers" from paint.

I still haven't quite gotten the hang of the stain removal with PB's APC. I'm still getting residual "shadows" or not quite gone. I'm going to try a more potent mix. (I've been trying about 10:1).
15:1 makes a great carpet pre-spray for use with an extractor. It also works well on grease/oil.
You can probably use a much more diluted solution for everyday-in-the-home use. For hand prints/dirt on doors/walls, at 15:1, the first spray "wets" the mark, and the second spray "blows the dirt away!"

I find that I need to rinse this, though. Otherwise I get a film (on tables/counters/etc.). Very foamy!
