Anyone take formal training?

Just wondering how many people took any sort of formal training when they started their detailing business. I learned from an old detailer and then taught myself some of the newer techniques and did a lot of research on different aspects of detailing and cleaning in general.

I would be interested in knowing if anyone has attended Kevin Farrell's Kleen Car detailing school in New Jersey. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I have a certificate from Farecla! The rep came into our shop, gave us a demo, let us try it ourselves for 5 minutes and said I was qualified to use their stuff. A proud moment for me!!!
Every company that comes to us gives training, 3m , festool, etc , none of it very formal, dont know of anywhere here that does
