This vehicle was brought in for paint correction/protection, engine detail, interior detail and paintless dent repair.

First item on the list was wheels.




Autoglym CWC on rims and rubber

Optimum Power Clean on arches

Various brushes

Then paint was cleansed:

Left over wax was in many crevices, cracks and seams:

2 bucket wash was then performed, and blown and blotted dry.

Exterior was clayed with Riccardo yellow and ONR lube.

Below you will see some random pictures depicting the overall condition of the vehicles paintwork.

Notice how all clarity is gone from what should (and will) be a deep black gloss!

Paint Correction Process:



Tuffbuff wool pad - M105 - Rotary

Tangerine Hydro M205 – Megs V2

Crimson Hydro 85rd – megs V2

Multiple IPA wipedowns

Now time for some before and after shots… Lighting was dual halogens and 240 lumen Fenix tactical light – All afters in this “before and after” area are before final burnishing

The interior of the front emblem was far from proud as it was designed to be. That was rectified with a chemical cleanser/sealant Duragloss 501.

After all correction was completed, the vehicle was once again foamed and washed to remove any traces of oil or dust to ensure a clean surface was present for the sealant to cure properly for maximum durability.

Below are some direct sun shots after the wash but before any protection.

I include direct sun shots whenever the sun is available because any artificial light source can be manipulated to make it appear as though correction was achieved and this is not so with direct sun shots.
