This survey is geared toward www.danase.com and not the forums as much. We aprpeciate any and all feedback you could supply us with.

It might be helpful to make some of the photos a little smaller to reduce the amount of scrolling around that's needed to navigate the site. It might also be helpful to resize some of the sections to display more appropriate amounts of information. For example: The sale items column isn't wide enough to convey the right amount of information.

Some people may be put off by not having a phone number to call. That doesn't bother me, but I have seen comments from others that either can't or won't use email.

I like the way you run sales. You have certain items that are marked down, and you also have coupons every so often that can be applied to any product(s) of choice. I wouldn't change anything.

4. Any sort of articles or interviews that we could do that might interest you?

Articles can be nice additions, but you need to weight the amount of effort needed to generate the article against amount of new views you might receive from readers of the articles. Maybe you could have a small "how to" article to accompany the featured product or a new product line?

I'd like to see some more small detailing tools (e.g. applicators). Some more Lake Country offerings (smaller pads and the "foam on a stick") could nice additions too. A couple more brands would also be appealing, although I don't know how much stock you'd want to invest in. If you're considering other brands, Menzerna, Klasse, Pinnacle, and Optimum would seem like popular choices at this time.

Your prices are extremely competitive. When combined with sales and/or coupons, it's hard to find more reasonable prices or shipping rates.

1)We just retook all of our product picture this weekend so new adn smaller pics should be coming very soon.
2) You are right. We now have a phone and we should put that on our site. We also need to be able to take payments via phone and fax which we are not set up to do right now.

Thanks for the other suggestions as well. This will help us out a lot and we hope that others answer some questions as well. :)

I won't answer all the questions but I'd like to see a Poorboys detailing day or Danase detailing day. Break out some samples for people try (and hopefully to buy eventually ;))

This has been in the talks for a long time now. Trying to find a place to host it seems to be the troubles.

I'm pretty new here and have had Great service, just keep up what you are doing. Good service is a great feature.

I haven't found anyone that does not like to save alittle when they can.

Detailing tools would be a great idea, as I still have not figured out how you get wax or polish out of door handles and those little place it's easy to get in but can't get out. Variety is good but to much of 1 thing can be annoying to look thru.

As I am pretty new to your site as you know, however I like what I have seen so far, Good Service, Fast response, Friendly, good deals :lol: everyone likes to feel good about the deal they got. That is just my input on what I have seen so far.

Like mentioned above more little things such as wax applicator pads...the little round yellow ones. Brushes of varying sizes, steel wool (#0000 grade) ect. A few more products such as menzerna, pinnacle and 3M.

Yeah, with the new store we will really miss the coupon codes for a while but that just means we will have to go back to having regualr sales. :(

Everyone just has to spend more money every week so we can justify upgrading the store to the one that accepts coupon codes :-D
