4* tire gel

Pro's:
-lasts longer than BnB

Con's:
Sticky
Does not spread easily, need to use a lot to cover the tire


I did not like this product much…I found it very hard to spread with a foam applicator was the main problem. This product reminded me why I'm not a fan of gel dressings. YMMV. BnB just goes on so easy…that's what I'll stick with in the future for now.

I used the same thing and it worked wonders on my tires. They were not too clean and i grabbed my sponge, got it wet, and applied some of the 4* to it and wiped the tire down, and then repeated it on all the tires. Went over it a second time for the extra shine. I did not feel that i used too much of the product, on 4 tires, 2 times around. (tire size 215/45/17)

I dunno i got it wet, then wrung it out. and then used the Gel...

it was not the wet ness that gave it the shine. It was the Gel, cause it lasted until i went on a dirt road about 3 days later...

He meant that the wetness must of been why it went on so nice. I will have to try this next time I use it as well. :)

I don't always listen to the directions on the back of the product. There are some things that work better than what they tell you.

And i always use a wet sponge on my tires weather applying armoral or just giving them a quick wipe... It gets IN the grooves a little better and is quicker to apply and then you have the other side to do a quick wipe of excess liquid... to give it the clean shine you always look for.

I love the 4* tire gel. I wrote a review on pinnacle Black Onyx, Wolfgang, DP's, & 4* & the 4-star is my favorite. I will try to add my review when i get the pictures ready.
