Got a HUGE Promotion yesterday!

I recieved a huge huge promotion yesterday. After 14 years in the field I will finally be moved into the office. I will be salaried, with bonuses. In the end it will probably double or triple my yearly earnings--at least double or triple. Hard work does pay off.

What sort of field are you in?

Right now left field my head is still swimming. Actually plumbing for a larger commerical outfit. My next plumbing project--and promotion is a 6 million dollar plumbing job. Total cost of the project is about 90 million. At this time I am still a field foreman, but got the news yesterday that I would be promoted to project mananger. The raise will start within the next 6 weeks, and will take almost three years to complete. Its about a 100-120K a year raise. I appreciate the support.

Trust me, NO Plumbing will be skipped in that garage. A good friend of mine is an electrician (he's a good friend because he owes me a ton of favors) and he will take care of it very well. Another fiend of mine is a tinner. Yeah I have the trades covered.
