Spray on stoners and wipe in up and down motion on the first pass. Then i spray again and go in a left and right motion.

Going over it twice is a great idea.

Yeah that way i know i covered everything. Plus i found at least with my truck if i did it once it never was clean and i always missed a spot.

Yeah, sometimes, no clue where it comes from, I get a filmyness on my window and going over it twice is the only way to get it all clean. It seems the first pass just smears it for the most part.

Just another twist on the 2 pass idea, sometimes you need 2 glass cleaners, as 1 cleaner won't work the best on all types of grime. Some work better on dirt, some on out gassing film, some on greasy fingerprints, etc. Find one that works best for each type of grime and you may have even cleaner looking glass than 2 passes with the same cleaner will produce.

I use Stoners and a MF towel. Spray the window, wipe down.. maybe repeat if the window is really dirty. Then I return with a dry MF towel and buff the window. Works pretty well.
