I am in need of a few brushes as well. I would like a couple different grades of brush. The one I have is packed with pet hair and is only used for pet hair removal now.

I use a rubber bristle brush for pet hair. Easy cleaning-tap and rinse-you're good to go! (Unless there are some long hairs that get really wrapped up, then it takes a bit longer to clean, but still easier than one with lots of fine bristles.)
