View Full Version : Does clay remove wax?
What is your opinion on this? I have always said that clay will remove wax. However, in the book I am reading it says clay will NOT remove wax. My opinion is that if you clay you should rewax.
What is your take on this?

I've used clay magic and i can tell you that it didnt remove my wax. What about the diff grades off clay?

Yeah, exactly. There are some aggressive clays that I would think remove the wax.

Why not use dish soap to remove the wax, then clay it??? That way you do not have to worry about it :D

Haha...i know but i was just offering a solution of not having to worry!
I personally don't think it does. thus using dish soap when claying a car! :)
