View Full Version : New sale starting tonight....?????
Ok, I am ending the 20% off sale from last week and I am going to start a new sale for this week. I think I want to do a 50% off item like I did with the Quik Shine a few weeks ago.
What products would you like to see 50% off? of course it has to be something I have a few cases of so I don't sell out right away but if it where up to you what item would you like to see?
:)
I would think PB SW and/or PB SG gallon size would bring you a lot of orders!

Spray and wipe could be do-able. I have a good stock of those in. Usually on the gallon sizes I only stock a few at a time since they take up so much space. My storage area gets filled pretty fast anymore...but I am not complaining. :)

Pads cause I need some lol....Gallon S&W could come in handy seeing as how I'm moving to SC in some appartments. But pads would sell fast for 50% off, and since your advertising in autopia those guys will wipe you clean (just save some for me lol). OR some PB SSS that would probably rock and roll....Some mf towels and and and all right I'll go away now......

SSS is probably do-able as well. I am waiting for an order to come from LCM right now but it won't be in for a week or two so the pads won't be 50% off any time soon. ;)
Definitely S&W gallons! Also maybe some other misc. PB products like Trim Restorer, Bug Squash, etc.
Ok, I got the sale going. You can see it at www.danase.com . :)

Holy Smokes!
A person could order a 16 oz. S+G for only $4.73 and get a MF with a SRP of $3.05 free! So, if you were going to get the MF anyway, it would be like you're getting the S+G for only $1.68!

Yeah, it works out to be a pretty good deal. ;) Now lets just hope people buy more than a single bottle. Sales like this should be good to get the word out more I think. I am looking at the long run and usually when I do sales like this I see it posted on several forums and that really has been the best thing in terms of spreading the word.

I am trying so hard to resist I need to save to move but crap man your killing me ahhhhhh.
I have a question,
How many of you buy from the manufacturers when they have their own big sales? I think this hurts the diustributors a lot and might be why I don't sell some items hardly at all.
I was just curious because it plays a small factor on my next sale.
Thanks!

I have bought from them before if I want to get a few things, so as to make the shipping a bit more "acceptable" (the free shipping never applies to international orders-*most* don't even give a discounted price to us. :( ), but they often have the deals during the winter, and stuff freezes getting here, so it isn't much of a deal for me if I save 50%, but get a broken bottle and frozen product.
Surprisingly, the Spring/Summer sales don't seem to be *quite* as big of savings as mid-winter sales. Hmm.
On the other hand, with all the discounts you've been offering, I'd be surprised you're even breaking even! :o

Do you order from the states a lot?

Depends on what you consider "alot."
I'd say I usually place about 10 orders a year with US vendors. There's just sooo much new stuff to try!

Ummm, it depends. I don't buy all that many supplies, but if I need some stuff and at that time the manufacturer (only PB in my case) is having a huge sale that is more appealing/less expensive than a distributor, I'll buy from them. But that isn't all that likely considering that I have to pay sales tax for PB, there is no forum discount code there, shipping is more expensive, and the base prices for products are always retail. So their sale has to be pretty damn good for me to buy from the manufacturer.
Does this have to do with the PB clay?

The manufacturer is already getting my support, I'm buying their products after all. I'd just as soon support Danase while I'm at it. And you are right, it doesn't hurt that I'm paying less here for that support! \:D/
