Well, I have used the Duplicolor bumper and trim "paint" before on my old Civic and it came out awesome but started to peel in about a year. There is this place in Wyandotte, MI Where I got interior dye from. My buddy got a 77 Vette and he restored the interior but used all used parts so the dash, door panels, and t-top panels where all different color. I used dye they made to match the GM interior color for that car and to this day it still looks like a brand new interior. I did it about 5 years ago.

Try Forever Black. I use it on black plastic exterior trim, not rubber. It is kinda like a liquid shoe polish. Just make sure that you get all the old dressings and stuff you have put on it before. It took a couple of applications over a two week period to really get it looking good. It has a nice matte finish to it. It looks streaky on the first application, so that is why I recommend a second or third application to really start looking good. It is pretty messy if you aren't careful. I would make sure you put a piece of cardboard under your work to catch the drips. It wipes right off the paint, though.
