How do the Sonus Block, Clay Magic Red, and PB/CG clay compare in aggressiveness? TIA

I would rate them from lightest to heaviest as follows:
Poorboy's
Sonus
Clay Magic Medium

I agree as well. I like CM. I find it is as agressive as Meg's Agressive clay even.

Oh, and I forgot ClearKote Clay. That would be about with Poorboy's or slightly lighter from my experience.

Which one of the Medium clays are better? Sonus or Clay Magic and any others? I tried the sonus Fine kind on my parents car this weekend and it needs the medium aggressive kind. Took me forever to do a 1 X 1 section. I think it had some white paint form a freshly painted road on it and it shows bad on black.

Actually the Clay Magic "medium" that I carry is more aggressive than anything else I have and is hwy I carry it. It is good for those really nasty clay jobs. BUT, it most likely will leave marring and will require a polish job afterward.

Oh I will be polishing too. When I washed this car this weekend I was thinking the whole time that I wish I had a day with this car. I will get it looking good over Christmas. I saw swirls all over it but not too bad I just want to get it b4 it gets too bad. My mom keeps it pretty clean but not polished and waxed. Looked like the good ol dealer installed swirls. Just curious, can you tell how agressive clay is by its feel or consistancy? I have some clay form the art store that I may try. JK [-X

I can never tell by touch, at least that I have noticed. The more aggressive MIGHT be a little tougher but, for some reason, I just never noticed.
