These forums are dead and nobody is posting anything. Any ideas on how to get them pumping?

Sorry Bob, I'm all out of ideas........

I need to post some more...I'll put up some pics and reviews. But yeah we need more people posting here.

To get new memebers you could maybe offer a limited-time 15% off code for new members?

Also, maybe you could put Danaseforums.com into your Autopia signature?????

I have to follow the same signature rules as regular autopia members. ;)

Well, I already offer the 12% to all members. The thing is people would just sign up for the 15% off and never post. LOL

True, true, true.

Did you tell all your buddies at MichiganCivics about these forums?

Bob I wish I knew what what advice to give you to get this forum really cranking. Hands down and I'm not just blowing smoke you know where. You have one of the best on line stores with outstanding customer service to boot. Your customers all rave about your service, prices and outstanding selection. From what I've seen you bend over backwards to take care of your customers. The forum on the other hand is slow. I for one visit and read with some regularity but kind of feel like if I miss a day I won't be swamped with new posts and unable to catch up. I sure would like to see it up and screaming.

Bob, I see there is a professional detailing section. What if you had a learning section. A lot of people are always looking for information. Such that everything was all in one place. I for one, frequent the other sites to learn, and learn only.

Have you thought of getting more people to use your product? I know the best way to get things moving is to get people talking about your product. Having people come to your site starts with that. What if you had something like a new member give away? A new member joins and they are entered for that month. When the month ends, see there post count and the one with the most, but also useful and meaningul posts gets something.

That is a good idea Lone_Star. It turned on a light bulb. Let me work on this this week. :)

Bob, I love the new info threads. How about a link to the products in the store, so people can just click directly to them. Hopefully some reviews for the product will be added by users.

They are already. Just click on the highlighted Title, and it will take you there.

Thanks Jose, now everybody know I rode the short bus to school everyday. Bob, just ignore me. And I later saw reviews in the reviews forum. Maybe copy the specific reviews to the specific line?

IS there a way to add the top to the last post column on the main page?

Wow, I guess I didn't explain that very well. Let me see if I can explain better. Ok, on the home page, on the Last post column. It would be nice to see besides, the date, and person, also the topic that was last posted in.
