(1)Sonus Der Wunder Drying Towel, (2) Sonus Ultimate Drying Towel, (3) Supreme Guzzler Waffle Weave By Cobra, (4) Poorboys WAFFLE WEAVE DRYING TOWEL,

In terms of softness
In 1st place is the Sonus Wunder drying towel . It is also the thickest one out of the bunch. The stitching on the satin edge is the only weakness I can see with it. It’s not as close stitch as the other ones.
In 2nd place I would say the cobra and the sonus ultimate drying towel.
The 2 of them seem the same.
In 3rd would be the poorboys ones. It’s not rough or abrasive. It has a soft touch to it but the above two are just a tad softer. I have used this towel on dark colored cars and haven’t notice any swirls or marks of any kind.

In terms of water absorbance
They soak up water about the same, just little differences.
None of them get all the water with the first pass; always have to go over a 2nd time.
They all hold about the same amount of water except for the Sonus ultimate drying towel. The towel is very thin and can’t hold as much water. The ultimate drying towel is almost identical to one of the older cobra waffle weave glass towels. I loved the old cobra glass towels; the new ones are too thick. So I bought the 2 pack of the smaller version of the ultimate drying towel for my windows and they work great :) .

They all have satin edges except the poorboys towel. Poorboys is the least expensive towel out of all of them but gets the job done just as good as the rest. (Just have to watch out for the edges of the PBs towel and make sure you fold it accordingly)

Nice review!

If you have a scale and time, could you please write how much the towels weights?

Hmm, if I still had access to the chemistry lab I would weigh them on the scales in there. They are too light to get an Accurate weight on my scale at home.
Just curious as to why you would want to know the weight of the towels ?
