What do you guys/girls use to clean stainless steel? In my experience I haven't found anything to clean it well. I think chrome is much easier to clean but you have to worry about rust. I am focused more on ss exhaust tips. Mine for example will shine but has some discoloration on it. I don't think it is from the heat. Anyway what the best product/procedure to get them clean without the discoloration?

I just use poorboys professional polish on my exhaust pipes and it works great.

Will it remove the yellowing? I did however find out that it is from the heat. I have tried cleaning it with some chrome polish that I ue for my wheels and also just tried cleaning them real well. I want it to shine like when I purchased it.

Yellowing? Man I don’t know about that. I have never had any of the metal on my car turn yellow. I think the P21s metal cleaners have more of a bite than pro polish.
Maybe someone else on the forms has experience with yellowing of metal. I truly have no idea what would take off the yellowing :? .
