I only did the seats and vinyl around the doors...That is all he wanted cleaned...kinda gross though It cleaned up pretty good though for being that old. I used an ezyme cleaner from chemspec for the seats and Eimann Fabrik All purpose cleaner for the vinyl.

Thanks, I think it can be a little better though, there is one spot on the passenger seat that is being stubborn :evil:
I have to give it a quick hose down with de-oderizer today to get rid of the smoke smell :roll: That is all he wants to pay for even though I told him it will probably not get rid of the smell seeing it is permeated throughout the entire car. oh well it is his car and money.

Ah yes, the El Cheapo customer. That is sort of why we have laid back in the detailing department. This year I only plan to detail for family and maybe a few friends. In our area there is just no demand for high end detail jobs. They all want the local car wash $40 wax special. :lol:

Well, we have never had anyone complain about prices, just that they only want the bare minimum. You get a lot of, "Just do what you can and throw a coat of wax on it." and rarely get the, "I want it to look perfect and am willy to pay anything."

:lol:

Plus, the guy that taught me to detail and got me into this whole thing gets pretty much all the high end cars already. I think he does all of the funeral homes cars, limo services, doctors, and lawyers cars Downriver. LOL There is always a luxury or exotic parked in his garage.

for most people I only offer 1 package so you either want it or you don't, makes it easy that way.

I offer 4 packages Wash&Wax, interior, exterior, and complete.
Not very many people complain about my prices here. This was a coworker that just didnt want to look at the stain on the seat anymore.
