What do ya'll use for you windows protection? I have rain-x currently but I dont like how it seems to streak. I am going to use something different in the future maybe a sealant. Just curious of other peoples ideas and maybe they are easier to take off than rain-x.

I have been using glass science that I found on clearance at Meijer for a 1.00 which is pretty much the same as rain-x. Seems to work pretty well, although after every wash I use a QD on my windshield and Im sure that helps a bit too. Havent tried Aquapel yet but will in the future. My .02

I have heard some good stuff about aquapel. Where can it be pruchased? It made by PPG so can it be purchased at a paint supply store? I have also seen people use Klasse AIO.

Aquapel can be bought at auto glass dealers, online at various locations, and even on e-bay sometimes. Works well.

(Possibly interesting side note, the guy that developed the Glass Science line is also the guy that developed the RainX line. He sold the RainX line to Quaker State, I think, then developed the Glass Science/Unelko line.)

You can also buy Aquapel at Oreilly auto parts.

I used AIO but my wipers have achatter to them now, so I recently bought aquapel from an ebay seller. I'll wait till I move in to my townhome a strip it and apply the aquapel.
