Well, guys and gals, I have to admit I was very skeptical about using this product, since I'm so used to the regular hose and bucket wash. But, thanks to all of you, bunch of brain-washers(lol) I decided to give it a try. The car was already washed before using the hose-bucket method, applied a coat of Righlook's Polish with a cheap Wal-mart buffer(I know, boooooooooooooooooo! I suck! :( ) And a coat of NB by hand(now try to boooo me  ). I followed the instructions on the bottle of ONR almost as they said. I added an extra capful of ONR just in case...

Now is when the fun starts! I started doing one panel at a time from top to bottom. I couldn't believe the slickness this product has, and how easy was to glide around using a sheepskin mitt. I did the roof, glass on front and back, hood, trunk, and sides and last the front bumper. At the end of all this, I was like: "Holy Schmitt!" It was like I just used my regular method, but with a lot less water and a lot faster! I did my wife's car, and applied dressing in around 1 hour!

Final about this product: AWESOME! I still recommend it only when the car is well mantained. I know some people push the limits and beyond of this product, but I'm in the safe side of everything, so I'll only do it on clean to medium dirty cars. Highly recommend it and super easy to use!

Now, the pics!

It looks wet! :P
How'd you do the wheels? Old mitt? Brush?

Can you answer the question that comes to mind for non-low water wash users: How is this product in regards to marring? Do you see anything that you normally don't after a good wash?

Thanks for the review

Thanks guys for the words!

BigLeer: Since this was a testing phase, I did the wheels with the same mitt I used for the rest of the car, but I did them last. I will use regular chemicals next time I go for the wheels.

Pete: I didn't see any maring at all. The sheepskin glided beautifly over the paint without causing any more damage. Remember, I used slightly more than recomended for the dilution rate. The only thing I didn't see was my neighbor's wet entrance and puddles of water everywhere! I'm happy about that.

I'd be verrry careful about using that same mitt on any paint after washing the wheels. Brake dust could marr the paint very quickly. (Even after a thorough rinse/washing of the mitt.)
Most posts I've read seem to lean towards using a dedicated mitt for the wheels, and a different mitt for the paint. (Some even suggest 2 for the paint- one for the top part and one for under the "bumper guard" line.)
Let us know how it turns out the second time! :?:

Oh, no, I did the wheels after the car was done... I'm a slow learner, but I know never to use something on the paint that I used first on the wheels, but thanks for the heads up anyways! Looking for the wheel Schmitt!

Sorry, what I meant was, next time you use the mitt (even after washing it), you will likely have some brake dust particulate in the mitt, which could scratch the finish. This is why some people dedicate mitts to certain tasks only.

I find that a wheel face brush and a spoke brush work well to do the wheels. Just dunk them in the solution and use them, and then later they're much easier to clean off than mitts.

Also, that Tornador thing looks like it could be REALLY handy for doing wheels without rinsing....

Tried ONR for first time today! I thought if I was going to test it why not do it on my black truck. I am really impressed with this product. Nice and slick and didnt scratch or marr which is a big plus. I used a microfiber mitt with two bucket method. Added an extra capful than what is recommended. I think it makes it look much better than a regular soap wash does. But I will still use the regular wash for real dirty times and if the car has mud. It took me about the same amount of time as a regular method but I was very careful and was wanting to get the full effect of the product. I let it do its job and just let the mit glide over the paint and it cleans well. I will get quicker with it and it will be my go to for regular customers washes.

I'm glad that you enjoy it, because I love it, and next ime is by the gallon! Woot! I also add 1 extra capful just in case, and I love it! I think I will just buy really small regular car wash soap, likea 32oz for really dirty cars. Also, does the job faster, no tnagled hose, and uses very little water. We need to create a ONR convertion campaign for those skeptical souls that need some extra convincement!
