Chrome polishing

I've got a couple pieces of chrome on my bike that look a little hazed up with some scratches. What is a good product I can use to polish scratches out of chrome? I've got a couple scuffs on my pipes that I'd like to polish out too. It hasn't ever been laid down, so I'm not really sure where these scuffs came from. All of the hazing is pretty minor. More like swirls than anything else. It is really only on the brackets for my windshield that I'm concerned about and those pieces don't get looked at very closely anyway.

I saw some excellent results from CK Metal Polish and a mini buffer on Autopia...I think it was VroomVroom? I'll try to find the thread.
