just wondering why two different microfiber towels for windows and product removal.And i noticed why so many color towels does that make a difference.

I guess the best way to answer the first part of the question is simply, "different strokes for different folks." I prefer the glass cleaning towel for windows but I know a lot of customers actually prefer and plusher towel for glass.

As for colors, it doesn't mean anything performance wise. It is just whatever color the manufacturers offer.

Sometimes it's easier to have different colors for different tasks, such as blue for QD's, green for polishes, etc. so as to avoid "cross contamination." Some people are a bit more picky about using a cloth that removed polish to remove a sealant. Some, not so much concerned. :wink:

This reminds me of something I do so I thought I will share.
If I have a towel that becomes contaminated, like if it fell on the ground or something, I take a permanent marker and put a big "X" on it. That lets me know that the towel is not an interior and engine towel and not to be used on paint. Also I don't wash a good towel with an "X" towel.
