Here's what I have so far:

Lake County Orange & White flat pads, 6.5"
Lake County 5" Hook & loop backin plate
Sonus Medium &Ultra Fine clay

I have Meg's swirl remover #9, but no other polish or swirl remover.

Four Star Medium cut compound and light cut compound for swirl removers, you also might skip the 6.5" flat pads, and pick up the 5" ccs pads. Bob has a nice price on a 6 pack mis and match for $39. You might want the 3.5" bp with those though, since the 5" leaves no margin for error.

The clay choice is fine. What wax are you using? Bob has a nice deal on the clearkote compound, vm or rm, quik shine, and carnauba moose wax kit. Good luck.

The four star compounds seem to be nice along with Optimum. Can't go wrong with either one. Like nimble said you may want to get the 5.25" CCS pads if you are working with a PC. You they seem to work the products a little quicker and better than the 6.5". Are you planning on sealing or waxing? What about Microfiber towels? APC? Dressings?
