I haven't been around for the last couple of years due to a large construction project. I am almost done with the project and looking forward to coming back to forum.

Cool Madison! My buddy is a project manager for a small construction company down there. They do some pretty nice houses and condos. May I ask what building you were working on? I will be headed down there for a weekend one of these days. I do architecture up here in Green Bay, so we always take the tour of the new construction when I visit.
