Thanks to Bob for the generous sample 8)
This stuff smells just like toothpaste (minty) which is kinda different. It is marketed as curing quick, which I found to be true. But it actually cured so quick I found it a little hard to spread real far, so I used a bit more than other LSP's. It wasn't bad in that department just not great. So, yeah, this stuff cures for sure by the time you are done applying to the car. Wipes off real easy, although there were some rouge "PC marks" that were a bit hard to remove that only showed in the sun, but I have gotten that on my car with other products too. It will report back if it is an issue with the DPS or not. I think it is more my ss paint than anything.

It's not as much slick as it is real smooth, which was nice. The best part about the DPS is the look. VERY glossy (as you would expect from an acrylic). It has been on my car 3 weeks and the look is still there (even under the dirt it can be seen  )

Here's 2 sorry-ass-camera-skill pics of it on my 180k mile beater  (The car was preped with FPII on PC)

Wifehatescar, the red looks good!

Last night I was thinking about replacing my current sealant. Danase Paint Sealant was a consideration.

I have a question, if you wouldn't mind. I'm quoting here: "Wipes off real easy, although there were some rouge "PC marks" that were a bit hard to remove that only showed in the sun..."

Are you seeing splotches of uneven shine, as in oily looking splotches on your paint or is it product that looks dry and ready to wipe but won't wipe off :?:

Thanks again

You can see the PC marks very vaugely, only in direct sun, even after you wipe it off. A QD fixed it easy. It is not oily or smudges, just cured product. I'd like to try DPS on a clearcoated car to see if it is just my paint, like I said I have had issues before with other products on my car.
